Dr. Nakimera Kanyerezi Lubega is a certified John Maxwell coach and trainer bringing 27 years of corporate experience. She is the founder and team leader of “Alinaffe”, an economic transformation community project that serves over 80 underprivileged urban slum dwellers in Naguru Kampala. Lynnet K. Nsubuga is a Certified John Maxwell Team Leadership Coach and a Certified Straight Forward Financial Growth Coach. She has close to 20 years of work experience in the areas of Leadership, Administration and Education. With her natural knack for numbers, eye for detail and organizing skills, she has built a business from ground up (Harvest Academy) in five years. In leading a team of 60 staff and almost 150 children, Lynnet has harnessed the art of People leadership making her an invaluable resource.
She is committed to raising purpose driven people for courageous impactful living. She is deeply inspired, self-driven and thrives on clear futuristic goals. In addition to co-leading a Worship Harvest Church Location in Kasangati with her husband Chris D. Nsubuga-Mugga, Lynnet is also a Worship Leader, Recording artist and author of Precious Ones, a book on Relationship Based Parenting. Together they have two children, Lemuel and Sinza.
Chris Nsubuga is a certified Straight Forward Financial Growth (SFFG) Coach, a Certified Gravitas Impact Premium Coach and a certified John Maxwell Team Leadership Coach and Speaker with a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA – ESAMI). He has an over 22-year multi-country work experience in Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda & Tanzania having worked in both the private sector and development sector; where he worked with development partners like the World Bank, USAID and GIZ among many others.
Having experienced a major financial loss from debt in 2013 and recovered from it, Chris helps his clients to use SFFG principles of personal financial growth to grow their income streams and Net worth.

Jeremy Byemanzi is a certified coach, speaker & trainer with the John Maxwell Team, a certified financial coach with the Straight Forward Financial Growth Team and a location pastor with Worship Harvest Ministries.
With over 18 years experience in building brands and advertising, Jeremy is also the co-founder and Executive Creative Director at Nomad Advertising Limited, a 10-year old advertising agency based in Kampala, Uganda and Kigali, Rwanda.
He serves on the Board of Directors for Worship Harvest Ministries, Dreamia Investment Group and also serves on the Finance Planning Committee of the Uganda Advertising Association.

Jesse Mugero is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and a Certified Straight Forward Financial Growth (SFFG)coach. Jesse brings a wealth of experience from working with Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) and Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs). Jesse has previously been a lecturer at the International University of East Africa and Uganda Christian University teaching principals of law to students undertaking business and law courses.
Jesse ‘s mission is to contribute towards a more just and peaceful Uganda. He does this through writing, speaking in order to share the good news about Justice. He is the author of the book, Justice Unlimited: How a loving God achieves justice through flawed people. He also hosts a weekly Facebook live broadcast entitled, weekly legal tip in which he sensitizes his online audience on the various legislation in place. He fellowships with Worship Harvest Naalya, where he is also the leader of the Trailblazers Missional Community.
